This Georgian building is a red brick 3 storey building. There is a commercial unit on the ground floor with a black frame and golden letters name. Gutter on top of the office is falling down and plants are growing on the walls.

The building is fully empty.

History

The Kleiser building, used to be a retail shop for pianos. Kleiser pianos were established in 1902.

In November 2014, Karl Kleiser, who owned the Kleiser Pianos shop at the time, won the award of Limerick Tidy Town for how well kept and beautiful the shop with its frontage and the Georgian door were.
