This building is a 1 storey building with beige walls. There is a commercial unit on the ground floor, with green shutters. The property is empty. We can see plants growing inside the windows on the 1st floor.

In october 2024, there was still a dereliction notice taped on the shutters of the building.
The dereliction notice is dated from May 29, 2024.
It notifies the owner that the Limerick City and County Council was in the opinion that the building was derelict following the definition of the Derelict Site Act, 1990. And so that LCCC has entered the premises and entered the building on the Derelict Site Register.
