A dereliction notice printed on paper and laminated with a map is taped with grey tape on a commercial like green metal shutter.

In october 2024, there was still a dereliction notice taped on the shutters of the building.

The dereliction notice is dated from May 29, 2024.

It notifies the owner that the Limerick City and County Council was in the opinion that the building was derelict following the definition of the Derelict Site Act, 1990. And so that LCCC has entered the premises and entered the building on the Derelict Site Register.
